License & Site Access
Unless otherwise stated, KHADDY'S INC. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Khaddy's. All intellectual property rights are reserved. All content included on the Khaddy's Sites (including but not limited to, text, design, graphics, logos, button icons, images, sounds, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof) (collectively, “Khaddy's Content”), is the exclusive property of Khaddy's, its licensors or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and/or foreign copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
Khaddy's grants you a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Khaddy's Sites, subject to the terms of these Terms. Khaddy's strictly prohibits all other uses of the Khaddy's Sites and Khaddy's Content, including but not limited to:
- any downloading, copying, modifying or other use of the Khaddy's Sites or Khaddy's Content for any purposes competitive to Khaddy's or for the benefit of another vendor or any third party;
- framing or utilizing framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form);
- any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices;
- any use of any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Khaddy's name or trademarks;
- any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- any caching or linking to a Khaddy's Site, including in a manner that portrays Khaddy's or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, offensive or any other manner which Khaddy's in its sole discretion, may find to be objectionable; and
- any uploading, posting or transmitting of any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Khaddy's Sites, and any third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Khaddy's Sites. You may not bypass any measures that have been implemented to prevent or restrict access to the Khaddy's Sites. Any unauthorized access to the Khaddy's Sites by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Khaddy's.
Khaddy's may terminate the foregoing licenses at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, including for any unauthorized use. Except for the rights and licenses expressly granted, Khaddy's reserves all other rights and no other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
You must not:
- Republish material from Khaddy's
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Khaddy's
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Khaddy's
- Redistribute content from Khaddy's
This Agreement shall begin on the first date the user initiates access to the Khaddy's Site.
Parts of this Site offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Site. KHADDY'S INC. does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the Site. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of KHADDY'S INC., its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, KHADDY'S INC. shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this Site.
KHADDY'S INC. reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments on Khaddy's website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
- The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
- The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant KHADDY'S INC. a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
