It's said that she always kept jars of Shea Butter on standby for smoothing, moisturizing and conditioning her famously exquisit skin, she will also use Shea Butter to hold her hair in place. Shea Butter had been used to moisturize and heal skin for centuries, and was also know to be used by The Queen Of Sheba and Nefertiti.
Shea Butter in it's raw form is an Ivory* coloured natural fat from the seed of the Karite Nut tree, also called the Magnifolia tree found in the savannahs of West and Centural Africa. Shea Butter is one of the richest natural sources of fatty acids and Vitamin E. With it's unique properties, it can be used to help moisturize, heal wounds, reduce wrinkles, stretch marks and scars, heal insect bites, clear sinuses and is gentle enough to be used on a baby's skin.
